Why develop PROCRASTINATION as a leadership trait?

You’ve probably heard this saying:

There are three types of people in the world:
Those who make things happen.
Those who watch things happen.
and
Those who say, “What just happened?!”

Of course, I’ve always considered myself in that first category: for better or worse, I wanted to be the leader who made things happen! I never wanted to be the spectator, or worse, the one who was completely oblivious to what was going on. For me, PROCRASTINATION was the ultimate negative leadership trait.

So why would PROCRASTINATION make my list of leadership traits you might need to develop?
