Guard Your Heart is a super-fun interactive object lesson game that can be used for Valentine's Day or any teaching situation that features Proverbs 4:23 - "Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.”

Kids don’t learn best from us talking at them, they learn best from what they experience.

That’s why when I wanted to help my students understand the importance of “guarding their heart,” I created a FUN game where they had to do just THAT – guard their hearts!

Playing a game helps kids engage with a topic. Then, after playing the game, it is easier to talk about the topic and tie in your points to what they just experienced. They experienced both how hard it was to “guard their heart” as well as how others are trying to get at their heart!
