Sample Recruiting E-mail

Topic: Recruiting

A sample recruiting e-mail to parents attending regularly to your church, but not yet serving on any ministry teams to demonstrate how to be positive while making the case for why they should serve.

I used our database to pull families who have attended at least 4 times in the last 7 weeks to query names to e-mail. (I play with this query a lot, sometimes I do more weeks over a longer period of time.)

But then I have an online form where they can give contact info, areas of interest, and some basic bio info before I call to begin the on-ramping process. Just wanted to share a postive, fun way to encourage new parents to jump on board:

========================

Hello! [Your Name] here!

I used our fancy-smancy database to pull the names of parents who appear to be attending regularly now and enjoying the exciting growth at Highpoint but aren't yet a part of one of our Dream Teams.

I want to snag you up before another team gets ya! WHY?
