Brand new research just revealed (unsurprisingly) that kids spending more time on screens after school (phones, tablets, TV, laptops etc.) were less happy, secure, and satisfied.

 

Brand new research just revealed (unsurprisingly) that kids spending more time on screens after school (phones, tablets, TV, laptops etc.) were less happy, secure, and satisfied than their peers who engaged in less screen time. Children that spent their after-school time in team sports, clubs, or even playing outside scored higher in mental health, physical health and close relationships with others.
