What is the difference between being a Leader and a Manager? If you are the leader of a children’s ministry, you have the unique challenge of needing to function as BOTH leader and manager of your ministry. If you function just as a leader, nothing will get done. If you only manage your ministry, it won’t advance or grow. A balance of leadership and management is required for a ministry to both grow and run well.
