Abyss Rescue Relay: A Gospel Game

The Preparation

• Setup:

o Two teams of six.

o Each team designates five children as “stranded” behind cones on one side of the playing area.

o The Rescuer stands behind cones on the opposite side.

o The area between the cones is “The Abyss” (no one may touch the floor here).

• Equipment:

o Each team is given: one rope, one towel, and one teddy bear.
