I shared on a recent podcast my new organizational chart for my children's ministry. As a new children's pastor at a new church, one of the first things I am doing is building a leadership team and organizing how the kids ministry leadership will be organized. An org chart (also called a flow chart) provides an easy way for everyone to see how the ministry is organized and who everyone reports to.

Unfortunately, most ministry org charts - while never put on paper - look like this in practice...

...when it should have the word TEAM in the center, not the children's pastor.
