As an Internet-based ministry, we have a decentralized organizational structure with team members located across the country, including our main office. Please be patient as we try to answer as quickly as possible, but we are a small non-profit with no full time employees.

NOTE: Please e-mail from your Kidology.org membership account (if possible) or let us know what your membership e-mail is so we can quickly look up your account.

Please understand that your issue will be addressed during normal business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are writing to Kidology.ORG about Kidology.APP - you have the wrong company. We do not own that domain, nor do we offer the parenting or ADHD services they "sell." Due to 4-5 email a DAY and what people are writing in those email, we believe they are a fraudulent company. We have not been able to contact them ourselves. Writing to us does nothing, other then get a reply with this same note. YOU NEED TO CONTACT KIDOLOGY.APP - it is not our website and in 100% of the emails we have received (hundreds) are from people not in our database. WE RECOMMEND YOU CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORT IT AS FRAUD. They have the power to block future charges or perhaps refund, depending on your credit card.We are sorry you are experiencing this, but it is not us. We believe you have been scammed, and it bothers us as much as you, as they are using our name. 

However, PLEASE DO WRITE TO US if you are writing regarding Kidology.org, KarlBastian.club or another of Kidology's legitimate ministries
