Making Lessons Relational

Kids learn best when there is a personal connection with those who teach them. If we don’t connect with our kids relationally, we reduce our impact.

There are so many fun ways to add a personal touch to your lessons, from using a green screen to personalizing your handouts with volunteers the kids know and love.

Let me show you some fun things we are doing with our current series to personalize the lessons and increase the relational impact!

Relational Ministry is not only more effective – it is more fun!

Because Jesus Loves Children,

Leading from the Middle

Is it possible to lead when you are not the top dog?

The answer is a resounding yes. Leadership doesn’t always start at the top, but it always manages to affect the people at the top.

The story of David and Goliath is a great example of leading from the middle. David wasn't even enlisted in the army, and yet he managed to have influence over the king and change the direction of a nation.
