ARE YOU HEADING TO CPC?
CPCIt's time for the annual Children's Pastors' Conference hosted by the folks at INCM. CPC events take place in Nashville (January 5-8) and San Diego (February 4-7). If you haven't registered yet, what are you waiting for?

"CPC is the best!" enthusiastically exclaims Karl Bastian, the Kidologist. "I go to a lot of conferences, but none provide access to a wide variety of resources, the breadth of training, and the opportunity to network like CPC does.

Many events serve many purposes, but I've not missed one of the last 35 CPCs and that's because I view them as essential for networking and keeping on top of the trends in children's ministry, both in ideas and resources."

KIDOLOGY REPORT: DEATH BY MEETING
"Author Patrick Lencioni captures the feelings of thousands of people in the simple title of his book, Death by Meeting," explains Kidology CP Team member Marty Martin.

"Most of us have been there, walking away from a meeting with a big headache and feeling like you just wasted 1, 2, 3, or even 4 hours of your life. You even dread going to the meeting, and it shows because you are always late. Of course, so is everyone else!"

"Why is this book important to you? Because meetings can be great times of vision casting, idea sharing, and momentum changing. Let me suggest reading this book and taking 2 or maybe 3 ideas he shares to make your meetings better. Then, evaluate with your team to see if your meetings are more effective and beneficial to the ministry as a whole."
