EMPHASIS ON PARENT PARTNERSHIPS
With fall approaching and everyone preparing for the new school year, this time around I'm attempting to make partnering with parents something I DO rather than something I TRY. I believe this can be accomplished by doing what any other partnership does - invite, agree on what it means, and then follow through. In the past we just shot stuff at parents and hoped they used it... and then acted surprised when they didn't do it. I encourage you to please keep parents in mind as you plan your upcoming kids' programs.

ORDER OF THE ANCIENT - CHAPTER 18
