Do You Have an Evacuation Plan?

Does your church have an active plan in place for emergency situations?
In Southern California, we had an earthquake this past Friday night during my "midweek" program. It was near the end, and I didn't even notice it... but our evacuation plan failed!
The last time we had a drill was 3 years ago. After all that time, most of the leadership had forgotten what to do. No one from the emergency response team was on site to tell us/give the all clear. It was chaotic!
Lesson learned. We need to reiterate our plan every year for all leaders.
