Resurrection Clue Hunt Join the hundreds who are introducing their children's ministries to the exciting  Resurrection Clue Hunt this Easter!

This new print-and-play game from Karl Bastian is designed to be used with ages 7-13.  During gameplay, explorers search for clues that tell the story of Jesus' death and resurrection. However, 3 clues are missing!

It's half-adventure activity, half-teaching opportunity!  Your leaders can use it with small groups, while parents can add some fun to family devotion time at home!

The 32-page PDF download features everything you need to play the classic deduction game, including 20 devotional "Fact Sheets" that correspond to characters, objects, and locations featured on the beautifully-illustrated playing cards.  Kids are encouraged to look up Bible verses, answer discussion questions, and understand how the clues fit together to shape the resurrection story!

Chinese Take-Out: A Bible Memory Verse Activity
Chinese Take Out Kathy Vincent shares the following idea in the Kidology Zones:

I love Chinese food!  I especially like take-out Chinese food because of the funny looking boxes that hold the food.  They're like little origami figures with a handle.

Well, one day I was at my local craft store, and I noticed that they sold different sizes and colors of these quaint Chinese novelties.

My mind started thinking of the possibilities of how I could use these with my preschoolers - especially in the area of Bible memorization.  And so I came up with this tasty Bible memory verse activity I call "Chinese Take-Out".

Presenting the Gospel with Simple Objects
Presenting the Gospel with Simple Objects In the Kidology Forums, Glen Woods needs some help as he jumps into neighborhood ministry:

I'm going to be spending many of my evenings and weekends particularly during the warm months interacting with unreached people in my neighborhood. Not just young kids, but also their parents, grandparents, uncles, older siblings, etc.

What are your best simple ideas for illustrating the gospel to the kids, and by extension, their families? I need ideas which the kids can then take and do on their own or with their friends and families in the neighborhood. So, preferably everyday objects would be used rather than specialized items.

FREE eBook from KidShine Performing Arts Camps
KidShine Need help getting your performing arts ministry off the ground? Looking for ways to spark new interest in an existing program?

Since 1997, our friends at KidShine have been privileged to come alongside hundreds of churches to help provide creative children's day camps. Many of these churches have used a KidShine camp as a springboard to get kids excited about the gospel and train their own leaders to continue a year-round performing arts ministry.

KidShine is more than a day camp - it's an opportunity to see God working as kids come together to discover and share their talents. The results are nothing short of amazing and even life changing.

With the FREE 7 Great Reasons to Involve Kids in the Performing Arts eBook, you'll learn some benefits that KidShare has seen working with kids across the country, many of whom have had little previous interest or exposure to the performing arts.  The life lessons which can be learned via the performing arts are much bigger than a momentary sense of accomplishment.
