We Want Your Products!
If you have helpful products for children's ministry, now you can
sell them online in the Kidology Store. We offer free
advertising and affordable order processing. Your products will
receive exposure on one of the highest traffic children's ministry
sites on the Internet! Kidology.org draws an average of up to 10,000 unique visitors daily. And when we feature your products on our home page or on banner ads (free for our vendors) you gain more exposure than you would in many paid advertising venues!
Kidology Inc. invites you to sell your products in our online store. Our store
is NOT a profit motivated venture. Our mission is to equip and encourage
those who minister to children. The purpose of our online store
is to help equip children's workers everywhere with the materials
and resources they need to minister effectively. It also assists
smaller ministries in making their products and services available
via the Internet. Though e-commerce IS expensive, we offer a cost-effective
way for you to have presence on the Internet.
How our store works
The Kidology store functions in a unique manner that is ideal
for both small and large ministries. Your products are featured
in our store and we handle the completepayment process. After the order is completed,
a paid order is automatically e-mailed to you. You simply fulfill
the order and reply to let us know it's been shipped. Kidology automatically sends you a check at the end of the month for all your sales. You don't even need to bother with invoicing! We've made it easy. This system also enables vendors
to know who is purchasing their materials so that they can have
a direct relationship with those who are using their resources.
What is Expected
Here are the terms that vendors agree to. A more detailed contract
will be sent after the vendor application below is submitted.
1. Offer a product(s) that will assist those who minister to children.
2. Help in covering Kidology's online costs by providing a reasonable
wholesale price.
3. Must have the ability to receive orders electonically and ship them in a time-efficient
manner.
4. Must have the ability to communicate by email and provide prompt
email support.
5. Must give Kidology the right to provide free advertising of the
product(s) throughout the website.
How to Sign Up
You can start with an inquiry with our basic
online vendor application. Our Resource Director will send you the Terms of Service and a Vendor Contract to complete and return. A set-up fee of $99 is required to begin adding your products to our store. To expedite the process of adding your products you can submit the vendor set-up fee now. This set-up fee is refunded if for any reason we do not end up carrying your products.
Additonal Costs?
There is an annual vendor fee of $125 due every June 1st. However, this fee is waived if a set-up fee has been paid in the five months prior to June 1st. There are no additional costs. Kidology covers online updates, marketing, and customer support.
