Our flagship training event, Kidology University Chicago has been held since 1999 at The Village Church of Barrington (Barrington, IL). Each year this conference attracts hundreds from the Chicagoland area, providing a consistent focus on ideas and techniques that you can actually use!

At our eighth annual Chicagoland conference, Kidology University features a schedule that includes an optional pre-conference experience on Friday night. Experience the exclusive Kid U Creativity Blitz as our speakers and workshop presenters provide you with a rapid fire collection of ideas to engage kids in learning. In addition, Bill Allison of Cadre Ministries will provide an encouraging message to cap off the evening's activities.

During the conference on Saturday, Kid U will offer its remarkable collection of workshops and exhibitors, taught by proven experts who are currently active in children's ministry. Special music and teaching will be provided by Mary Rice Hopkins & Darcie Maze. Plus, you'll hear gifted communicators who both educate and encourage, providing you with the tools you need to add new life to your ministry back home. Finally, lunch will be provided as part of your Registration Fee, as well as many free samples and giveaways.

New for 2006: Kid U Chicago will feature a Spanish Track of teaching, showcasing 2 of Karl Bastian's workshops taught by our Spanish Ministry Director Susana Orellana, a music workshop with Mary Rice Hopkins, and a Q&A Session in Spanish with the Kidologist.
