Bill Allison is the founder and executive director of Cadre International (Sycamore, IL), a ministry whose mission is to assist local churches in becoming the greatest volunteer training organizations in the world. You may say that Bill's mission in life is to have fun making those around him wildly successful! Bill and his wife Stacy have six children ages 3-14. (Some work in a children's ministry, others live in a children's ministry!)

Rob Biagi is a singer and songwriter (Irvine, CA) who delivers energetic praise and worship music. His acoustic-pop style in imaginative and engaging, resulting in a strong "family-building" focus brings together kids and parents through fun songs with a powerful message. Beyond his vocal and musical talents, his worship leading resources have helped strengthen children's music programs at churches across the country. Rob and his wife Kathleen have three children.

Kimborah Bobb is the Children's Pastor at Grove City Church of the Nazarene (Grove City, OH). Her upbeat style and enthusiastic joy for the Lord allow her to minister to kids on a relational level. Kim's true passion is leading kids in worship. She leads the kids praise band, Straight & Narrow, each week in the 3rd through 5th grade kids' church service.

Ronnie Caldwell is a children's musician and speaker (Franklin, TN) who creates contemporary and energetic tunes for kids. Having worked in children's ministry since 1979, Ronnie served as a children's pastor and now coordinates creative children's church programs for kids of all ages. In addition to providing innovative music, Ronnie and his wife Debbie lead training workshops to inspire children's pastors and workers to keep children's ministry creative.

Dick Crider has been a Christian Education Consultant for more than 20 years and has trained over 50,000 teachers. He has led workshops throughout the United States and Canada at national conferences and local churches. Dick has served as a Children's Pastor and Director of Christian Education in three churches. He is a recipient of the INCM "Excellence in Ministry to Children" award and says his passion is seeing teachers and leaders come alive when they gain an understanding of how God can use them in the lives of children. Dick is currently a Christian Education Consultant with Discipleland Curriculum.

Ron Fugle is a Children's Entertainer (Island Lake, IL) with a focus on juggling, balloon art, and magic. A member of the Fellowship of Christian Magicians as well as the International Jugglers Association, Ron's enthusiastic approach engages kids as he teaches. He has conducted workshops for AWANA, Kidology University, and other events showing how these talents can be combined with a strong Biblical message to keep kids on the edge of their seats.

Kal Gilchrist is the Children's Pastor at Living Hope Church (Elk Grove Village, IL). She brings innovation to children's ministry through her work with Slime Time, a program based on messy games, video clips, prizes, and other adventures. Kal's Kidz K.I.C.K. Church format also embraces a small group model, where she oversees groups of volunteers who teach, train, and help kids know Christ.

Aaron Reynolds has served for many years as the Artistic Director of Promiseland, the Children's Ministry of Willow Creek Community Church. He has traveled around the world helping equip churches to use the creative arts more powerfully in their children's ministries. Aaron is also author of several children's books, including The Tale of the Poisonous Yuck-Bugs, The Nineteenth of Maquerk, Breaking Out of the Bungle Bird, and Chicks and Salsa. He lives in the Chicago area with his wonderful wife and two great kids.

Kris Smoll is the Director of Discovery Land, the children's ministry of Appleton Alliance Church (Appleton, WI). She obtained her bachelor's degree in Christian Education from Moody Bible Institute and was licensed in the Christian and Missionary Alliance in 1992. Kris has worked to developed a well-balanced Christian Education ministry that will impact the full family for Christ. Kris also has a passion to challenge volunteers to grow to their full potential in Christ while serving.
