Leadership Development

To take ministry to the next level, we should be developing leaders. Please let us know what you are doing to develop leadership in your ministry.

1.) Are you developing anyone to be your "right hand" or successor?
  Yes, I have someone that I have been training and investing time in.
I have just begun to train a successor.
I have someone in mind, but have not approached this person.
Are you kidding? I can't even staff my classrooms!
   
2.) Do you have a leadership team that shares ministry with you?
  I have a full ministry team that shares in every aspect of ministry.
I have a small team that helps considerably.
I have one or two people that assist me.
I have three people: Me, Myself, and I.
   
3.) Do you have any children that can be considered leaders in your ministry?
  Yes, children are involved in many ascpects of ministry.
Yes, children are involved in some aspects of ministry.
Yes, children are involved in a small way.
No, there are no children involved in the leadership of the ministry.
