Thank you so much for the Kidology Website. It has been a source of encouragement and inspiration! I have benefited greatly from the resources that it provides as well as the opportunity to Network with other Children's Ministry Workers throughout the country. I pray that this important ministry continues to grow and that everyone who invests in it will be blessed. Thank you for all you do to equip and encourage those of us who are in Children's Ministry!

Volunteers: How do you handle lesson planning?

There are a lot of great curriculum publishers. Yet, no matter how much research is done, only you know your children the best. With this in mind, how do you handle the lesson plans that are given to you?

1.) As a volunteer, do you modify the lessons that you are given? Choose as many responses as you want.*
  I create my own lessons.
I add to the lesson plans.
I take some things away from the lesson plans.
I change things up regularly.
I rarely change the leson plan.
I stick to the script.
Lesson plans? I don't need no stinkin' lesson plans!
