GUARD YOUR TIME
As November rolls in so does the crazy busyness of the holiday season. If you aren't careful, the next two months can suck every spare minute and leave you exhausted by the new year. Let me encourage you NOW -- before it gets too busy -- to BLOCK OUT some time that will be "off limits" to anything but your family. Then, no matter what comes up, you can say, "Sorry, that day is already booked."
Friends, it's O.K. to "book" some days that are completely "unbooked." If you don't proactively guard your time, you'll miss out on some really wonderful and refreshing experiences with your family. Surprise your family with some days that are completely and totally devoted to them. You may just have the best holiday season ever!
