How and How often do you follow-up with kids/families that you realized have missed church?

Hi James,

I wait at least a month. Some of our families only attend 2x a month, so waiting a little longer seems appropriate for us.

Hi James, We have about half of our families that come every week, Sunday and Wednesday. Then we have about half of our families that attend once every three weeks, or once a month. So, it partly depends on whether they are a regular attender (weekly) then I contact after 2 absences. If not, we contact them after a month.
