I love this site so much! I know God has gifted me with a unique way of relating to children and a passion of helping every child realize that they are able capable of having a strong, real, intimate relationship with the Lord their whole lives.
But I get bogged down by the "job" part of ministry sometimes... how to run it, how to organize it, how to staff it, how to evaluate what is really making the difference and recognizing what's not... and am I doing the best I know how to do?
Then I get on Kidology, read the forums and feel so encouraged to learn from such seasoned people that share the same passion. I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart.  I respect the work you are doing, the knowledge that you share and the respect that is given even when all don't agree.

Great message Ryan! I loved the line about, "The ministry would be great, if it wasn't for the people." ha. It reminds me the line, if you find the perfect church, don't join it... you'll ruin it!
Great encouragement to focus on people - I often tell people that Jesus didn't have anything of the "tools" we have, and He changed the world! How? All He did was walk around talking to people.... Hmmmmm makes ya think, doesn't it?
