Preteen and Teen Volunteers
Teen Volunteers
Kidology Forum Member momitofour asks about using  teen and preteen volunteers in ministry:

Hello out there! I'm a part of a church plant and we have a family that comes often, helps out, and participates actively in service but have not joined. There are three teenagers in the family.

We are beginning the process of having preteens and teens volunteer/assist during children's bible study and are trying to decide if the children in this family (and presumably others eventually) should be allowed to volunteer/assist if their parents have not joined the church.

Thoughts?? Thanks in advance!!
