Are you thankful? Of course! But for what? God? Your family? Your church?

24 Days of Thankfulness What about the little things?   Join me in taking 24 days to thank God for things you may often overlook? No matter when you see this, start today!

First, download this Word document.  Then, fill in a box every day from November 1 until Thanksgiving Day, November 24.  Write something that you are thankful for; it can be a word, a picture, a short description.  Finally, I invite you to share it via this special forum discussion for others to see!  I'll compile them into a PDF booklet.

The best way to grow an "Attitude of Gratitude" is to focus on what you have to be thankful for. Just like that, the things you are unhappy about will start to fade away!

Join me on a journey of literal THANKS-GIVING this month!

DiscipleTown #15 - How to Show Respect
"How to Show Respect""Kids today have no respect!"

How to Show Respect is Unit 15 in the DiscipleTown Kid's Church curriculum series from Karl Bastian and DiscipleLand.

What is respect and where does it come from? In this unit, your children will learn basic skills to help them show respect to God, themselves, their families, and others. They will realize that respect begins as an attitude.

If we develop a respectful attitude, respectful behavior will soon follow. We can help children become more respectful by helping them accept who God made them to be and by encouraging them to improve their attitudes toward other people.
