I am currently working on the discipline portion of our church's policies and procedures. My desire is to show grace to the kids who attend our church, just as Jesus has shown us grace. So, I have a few questions for you: - What policies do you have in place when a kid becomes disruptive?
- How do you respond when a behavior becomes a pattern?
- Do you have any discipline policies in place for kids with special needs, specifically autism and ADD/ADHD? If so, what are they?
